Bookings, method of payment

General
With your legally binding registration, which can be made in writing, by fax or e-mail to us, you accept our conditions of participation.

The training agreement is concluded when we have confirmed it in writing. For a limited time, we can offer you space options to ensure your participation until clarification is received. If less than 6 participants register, the seminar or curriculum can be cancelled by us up to 7 days before the training date. We will then try to rebook you for another date and/or another venue if you agree. Otherwise, you will receive a refund of your paid fees; there are no further claims. In case of cancellation of the seminar due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no claim for the seminar to be held nor for compensation of travel and accommodation costs or loss of work. We reserve the right to change the venue, the dates, the trainers and the topics.

After registration, you will receive confirmation of your place as well as information on how to get to the seminar and how to reserve your accommodation. The invoice will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks before the seminar begins, or earlier if you wish. Payment is due ten days after the invoice is issued.

Individual seminars
In the case of cancellations and rebookings up to six weeks before the start of the seminar, a flat fee of 150,-- € plus VAT will be charged. After that, the full course fee must be paid. If you are prevented from attending, you may name a substitute participant acceptable to us.

Curricula (annual courses)
For cancellations and rebookings up to eight weeks before the start of the event, a flat fee of 150,-- € plus VAT will be charged. From eight weeks before the start of the event, the full course fee must be paid in the case of cancellations. If you are prevented from attending, you may name a substitute participant acceptable to us. The obligation to pay exists even if you are unable to attend a module. There is no right to make up a missed module; however, we will make every effort to offer you a place in a subsequent course for this module. In this case we will charge a rebooking fee of 150,-- € plus VAT.

Reduced participation fees
For people who work full-time in the social sector at comparatively lower rates, or who pay for their own further training as employees, we are prepared to agree reduced participation fees. For trainees (participants of an annual course), lower participation fees apply for the individual seminars. Life partners of trainees receive a 50% reduction from the full price when attending a TA compact or scripted seminar.

Commitments
Those who intend to attend a multi-year training course commit only to the specific training course booked. We will only give the telephone numbers stored in our computer to Professio trainees who wish to form regional, collegial working groups.
